Patty Chen is a litigation associate at Salisian LLP, where she represents the legal interests of a diverse range of clients across various industries, including commercial real estate and technology. With a strong foundation in both state and federal law, Ms. Chen adeptly navigates complex legal challenges, providing strategic solutions tailored to her clients’ unique needs.

Jared Densen is a litigation associate with Salisian LLP. In that capacity, he works with several of the firm’s practice groups on pending litigation, negotiations and settlements across multiple industries. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Densen worked as an entertainment lawyer in both transactional and litigation capacities, both for law firms and as a sole practitioner.

Jennifer Goldstein is a litigation associate with Salisian LLP. In that capacity, she represents individuals and corporate clients in business disputes across industries.

Marius Mateescu is a litigation associate at Salisian LLP.  He focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at another commercial litigation firm.

Han Pai is a partner at Salisian LLP, where he focuses his practice on general business litigation matters, as well as on the transactional and business formation needs of the firm’s diverse client roster. Mr. Pai divides his time equally amongst the firm’s various practices, representing businesses and entrepreneurs in a wide array of industries throughout Southern California, including real estate, financial services, entertainment, and technology. He handles all phases of litigation, such as pre-judgment and post-judgment remedies, as well as issues that arise in the course of alternative and informal dispute resolution.

Gabriela Perez is an associate attorney at Salisian LLP where she represents clients in a range of business and entertainment litigation matters. Her practice spans state and federal courts, and she has significant experience drafting complex motions, handling discovery, and representing clients in mediations and court proceedings.

Neal Salisian is a founder and the Managing Partner of Salisian LLP. He focuses his practice on complex litigation and serves as business formation and development counsel for a cross-section of entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized businesses throughout California. Since launching the firm in 2010, Mr. Salisian has handled prominent cases throughout the region, including the defense position in a highly-publicized series of cases against some of the largest real estate developers in Southern California and successfully taking on far larger and global firms in representing a web-based marketing company in a hotly contested “bet-the-company” legal battle with its competitor over ownership rights.

Tyler E. Sanchez is a partner at Salisian LLP. Mr. Sanchez’s practice is focused on representing businesses and individuals in disputes across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Salisian LLP, Mr. Sanchez was a litigation associate at Murchison & Cumming, LLP in Los Angeles, California. Prior to that, he was also an associate with Ford & Diulio PC in Costa Mesa, California and Hayford & Felchlin, LLP in the Los Angeles office.

Biography Joshua Su is a litigation associate with Salisian LLP. In this role, Mr. Su represents clients across a broad spectrum of complex disputes in both state and federal courts, including contract litigation, corporate governance matters and class actions. Before joining the firm, Mr. Su practiced at a large, national law firm in Los Angeles, where he handled corporate governance and shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, receivership matters, and a wide array of intellectual property issues.
