Associate
Joshua Su is a litigation associate with Salisian LLP. In this role, Mr. Su represents clients across a broad spectrum of complex disputes in both state and federal courts, including contract litigation, corporate governance matters and class actions.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Su practiced at a large, national law firm in Los Angeles, where he handled corporate governance and shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, receivership matters, and a wide array of intellectual property issues. His responsibilities included drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, preparing trial-related filings, and developing comprehensive IP enforcement strategies across platforms involving major technology companies. He also has experience in appellate matters, data privacy, and bankruptcy.
Mr. Su earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he graduated near the top of his class and served as Senior Technical Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. While there, he received multiple academic distinctions, including First Honors in Constitutional Law and Advanced Legal Research, and was awarded the Loyola Scholar Merit Scholarship, the Judge Delbert Wong Fellowship, and the SCCLA LTL Scholarship. For his undergraduate credentials, Mr. Su earned his Bachelor of Music with honors in Piano Performance from the University of Toronto, which he attended on a full tuition scholarship.
In addition to his current professional duties, Mr. Su continues to be involved in the Asian Pacific legal community as a volunteer member of the Asian Pacific Alumni Chapter, where he supports alumni engagement and community-oriented initiatives, and as a member of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association.
Mr. Su is admitted to practice law in both California and Florida.
